YOGA

Adopting a positive approach to getting fit and maintaining wellbeing

Yoga Sansaar follows the fundamental principles of uniting the health of mind, body and soul. During each class, you will learn a combination of Hatha yoga postures and pranayama breathing exercises, to release tension, build core stability and enhance energy flow in your body. At the end of every yoga class we finish with a 10 minute period of meditation and mindfulness, leave feeling relaxed and positive.

YOGA SANSAAR CLASSES

Yoga and mindfulness classes are held in person at The Cross Barn, Odiham, Hampshire. Occasionally I run online classes in both Yoga and Meditation practices.

These classes are extremely popular, as a means to achieving good health, building up strength and for relaxation. Yoga compliments other forms of exercise such as cycling and gym sessions and can improve physical strength, pain reduction and improve posture.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Yoga Sansaar is suitable for everyone. I limit ‘in-person’ class numbers, so that individual attention can be given to all participants. Where flexibility is limited, I can modify postures and encourage the use of props so that optimum results can still be achieved. Reminders are sent out at the beginning of each class letting students know what areas of the body we will focus on.

You will be invited to join our friendly and welcoming members’ community for online support and we also run focus workshops to highlight specific elements of Yoga and the Ayurveda lifestyle. We really are a lovely community and some of our participants regularly meet up for social events outside class.
