NAMASTE!
For years I “managed” throughout my corporate career in Banking and Finance. But the day-to-day grind was affecting my decision-making and overall wellbeing. I began to experience the signs of stress, recognising the tell-tale symptoms: poor sleep, decreasing energy levels and anxiety. I looked for a solution to help restore my health and help me manage the demands of combining a career and family.
My DAD PASSED AWAY SUDDENLY WHEN I WAS 21. THAT WAS THE DAY THAT ‘FEAR AND ANXIETY” SUDDENLY TOOK OVER BOTH MY MENTAL AND PHYSICAL WORLD.
Growing up, our family always consulted with an Ayurvedic practitioner before we saw a medical doctor, so it was only natural that I explored using the fundamental principles of Ayurveda to help me when I needed it most. What I remembered was how much Ayurveda is built into everyday life for many people, not just for those in crisis. Through a combination of Ayurveda and Yoga, I found what I was looking for, a way to not only manage and exist, but to thrive and grow as a person too. So I founded Sansaar as a result of my own personal journey to achieving mental and physical well-being.
That was back in 2014, and whilst I had my Yoga and Ayurveda (Ayurvedic Lifestyle and Nutrition Consultation DipALN (Ayur)) practice, this only covered the body and soul. To complete my personal journey, and that of the mind, I qualified as a Mindfulness teacher in 2019 and now offer a full Mind, Body and Spirit experience.
Yoga and meditation are now part of my daily routine, together with an overall healthier lifestyle.
If you are reading this, it might be from a place of quiet curiosity. It might be because you feel my story resonates with you, or it might just be that you are looking for ways to bring balance and harmony to your own life. Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to get to know more about Sansaar. I hope that you will join me on this wonderful journey soon!
Namaste, Nina x
WORK WITH NINA
The world we live in can feel overwhelming at times, especially since the pandemic, and somewhere along the way you may have become unconscious to the changes in your mindset, health or physical being. Each one can be addressed separately but I would highly recommend a ‘Right Mind, Right Life’ discovery consultation to identify where to start.
